Job Description:
Customer Service & Sales (Online)
Responsibilities:
- Receive and make calls with Bahrain customers
- WhatsApp calls and message support
- ERP software management (Invoices, Job Cards, Quotations, Receipts)
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) management
- Daily work scheduling and coordination with field technicians
- Follow-up with existing and new customers
- Respond to new ad leads, assist customers, and close sales
- Dispute resolution with customers
- Monitoring and tracking technician work activity
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in sales and customer support
Education Required:
Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent

Salary:
PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month
